Not sure if I should post this...but I am anyway.

The other day I overheard Maya and Eden talking to Camden. There conversation went a little something like this...
(Maya and Eden using their high pitched baby voices...)
"Where's Jesus Camden?"
"Oh are you looking for your Jesus?"
"Yay Camden you found Jesus!"
"Oh you love Jesus don't you Camden?"
I couldn't figure out what this was all about so I went downstairs and saw Camden playing with this...

It is a dashboard Jesus bobble head doll. Our dear friend Patrick gave it to Aric a few years ago as a joke and I hadn't seen it in ages. Apparently C loves him.

Camden tries to hold Jesus' hands, it's so cute!
IMG_6812

Here he is tasting Jesus...not so reverent.
IMG_6811

He must really taste good...

His favorite past time is throwing Jesus down the stairs and watching him tumble.

Well, I hope this post isn't offensive to anyone, we love Christ and we truly do reverence him in our home. I just couldn't help taking these pictures. I think that Jesus has a sense of humor and I like to think that he is having a good chuckle out of this post.

Oh and just for fun...here is what the girls did to Camden today.

Yes, that is my son...running around in a tutu, a scarf and a toy knife. Aric said he looked like a deranged pirate.

And this is how he spends most of the day...minus the tutu and knife...he has ridiculous upper body strength and he can pull himself up onto anything. Oh I love my boy!

That boy is so sweet and so funny at the same time! I can't wait to see him.
Those were great posts on all the children. Yes it is possible to enjoy all stages of their growing up years and you captured it very well. I love you and the darlings.

I am pretty sure I have mentioned this a million times but he is so cute and I was to squish his cheeks!! He is going to get annoyed with his older sisters now but when they are older he is going to love hanging out with them and their friends!!

this is the perfect way to start my day. i am laughing at the jesus slobber, and the outfit.

i wonder at what age cam will stop allowing the cross-dressing madness.

you're right, Jesus has a sense of humor:). he definitely thinks that c playing with a mini-him that way is funny. and i'd bet that he finds it hilarious that someone would make a dashboard bobble head. We might all drive a little nicer if we stuck him to our dash, wouldn't we? i'd better get me (but mostly ryan) one of those:).

I think he looks like little red riding hood! He's a climber too....Mine were/are too. He'll keep you busy.
You can be proud he knows who Jesus is at age 1!

I loved this post, Jessica. I definitely think Jesus has a sense of humor...but perhaps he needs a crash helmet, too.

That tutu is delightful. I wish I had one laying around here to put on John.

Phew! I'm glad he found Jesus at such a young age! LOVE IT!

I am WAY more offended at the cross dressing than the Jesus joke. Who would allow their son to dress in girl clothes, anyway?

I am betting that Jesus probably tastes a bit like citrus and cinnamon. Don't you think?

Loved this. Hilarious.

Okay Jesus may have a sense of humor but Tia doesn't have a sense of humor about cross dressing! girls don't dress your brother in girl's clothes!! I never let monica and leah dress Ammon and sam in girl clothes!

So. Funny.

I think Jesus has a sense of humor too! :)

Poor Camden. My sister and I always used to dress my little brother up in tutus. But really, can you blame us when they look SO DANG CUTE?!

Look at him in that "pirate" outfit. Gotta love it. :)

That is so funny! I am sure that Jesus has humor, if not, who wants to go to heaven if its going to be boring.

Love little C. Just love him. I love the freakishly strong upper body strength! I saw Nat over the weekend, and we decided it was time for you to come and see us here in PHX. So, when are you coming?

I can't help it. Everytime I click on this post and see the dashboard Jesus I think of that song, "Jesus Take the Wheel."

I like the song you have playing better, though...

Your playlist is so spot on! And little red riding hood is an equal opportunity lover...he loves his Jesus and his knives. I just love his scarf!

Thanks for adding my button, but you need to post ANOTHER comment so they count separately! That way when random.org chooses a number I can have TWO comments from you to choose from! Hope you win!
