It only took us three days to find our way to the beach, Nantasket to be exact. It was so fun!
It was hot and perfect...
At first I was a little nervous of the girls being out so far but they were fine and loved the giant waves.
Little Mister, on the other hand, was not allowed to leave my side. He was happy to be in the sand playing with rocks.
Whenever the water got close he freaked out.
Maya came running towards me saying, "Look at this giant rock I found!" When I told her it was a giant clam she was disgusted and dropped it. I convinced her to pick it back up for a picture.
This beach was wicked crowded! I'd never been to such a crowded beach in my life! (Notice my Boston lingo :)
The kids LOVED it! After our long road trip it was great to finally be free...
Afterwards, we found some ice cream and I gave the kids their first taste of Italian ice...YUM.
It was the perfect way to start our Boston summer.

Fun! How awesome to be so close to the ocean!!
I L.O.V.E. the beach! I like where I live, but I do miss being close to the beach.
Oh, my, YES! I am totally impressed with your Boston lingo!
That clam looks like it still had the...well...living clam inside of it! That is wild. I have never seen one that big and still alive!
Great pictures. I love the action shot of Camden escaping the waves.
